AcupZ offers Fan, Player, Coach, Club Manager and Tournament Organiser accounts. Each account has a single role that cannot be changed after registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
AcupZ is free to use. Optional AcupZ Pro auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual) unlock the Pro badge, verification and advanced features. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, team logos) and grant AcupZ a limited licence to display it within the platform.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tournament Organisers are solely responsible for rules, scheduling, eligibility, referee decisions, results and disciplinary actions. AcupZ provides the platform and is not responsible for Organiser decisions unless they breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
AcupZ is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data and are not liable for disputes between clubs, players or organisers.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
